My Care Circle is a free Medeo feature that lets patients invite friends, family, or caregivers to participate in their health activities.

What can you do with My Care Circle?

Once the Care Circle between Patient and Supporter is created, the Supporter can:

View the Patient's appointments in Medeo
Book appointments on the Patient's behalf
Participate in message threads with Patients and providers
Join the Patient's video appointments with health care providers in Medeo

To ensure appointments are booked and attended
To ensure treatment instructions are understood and followed
To have another person there to ask questions and hear the answers

How does it work?

Patient must be invited by their doctor to start using Medeo.
Patient logs into their free Medeo account and invites someone to become a Supporter.
Supporter creates or logs into their free Medeo account and accepts the invitation.
Done! You can start using My Care Circle.
